That's it — I'm never, ever ever ever EVER going to get the bloody categories thing to work. Everyone else can but I never will. Even if I'm doing this blog in ten years time and I post a hundred times a day, the 'categories' section will remain blank blank blank. I repeat — BLANK.
This is because I'm missing the gene that can process simple instructions, even instructions that are the essence of clarity to a five-year old are, and will remain, a complete mystery to me (because of my missing gene). If I called in the toddler from next door but one, he would instantly grasp what needs doing with regards to the sodding categories and would have the whole thing up and running in nanoseconds.
And don't think I haven't checked out the forum help section and don't think I didn't read and print out the advice everyone gave about fixing CATEGORIES because I have and I'm still none the wiser. And don't tell me to ask Dr Dave (or whatever his name is) because I'm scared of him and all his knowledge. He would start off all patient and try to explain things but after a couple of years he would become exasperated and get angry with me for not understanding the enigma inside an enigma (inside a puzzle) that is categories.
I'm going to lose even more sleep because of this…
